What is Welcome Baby?
Children's Service Society of Utah provides the Welcome Baby program to the Salt Lake Valley. An in-home visitation, which strengthens parent child attachment, increases parental capacity and function, identifies early developmental delays, strengthens community interactions and aid parents in preparing their child to enter kindergarten ready to learn. Welcome Baby serves families with children prenatal to three.Children's Service Society
